Manuscript written by Lawrence Zimmerman as a Cooper Union student, being an assignment in calligraphy and design. While the calligraphy is very good, the illustration is merely a sketch of sorts; Zimmerman apparently thought little of it, having written in pencil several names, addresses, and dates on the back. Zimmerman went on to pursue a career in architectural design, and was himself a great collector of World's Fair memorabilia.
